Travis Boyd

Travis Boyd is one of the co-owners and co-founders of Boyd’s Construction & Consulting (BCC), one of the most respected Construction Firms in the Hampton Roads Area, BCC is a Class A Contractor which specializes in renovations, mold remediation and insurance claims.

Travis was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He completed his formal education in 3 years earning his diploma from William Monroe. After completing a challenging, fast paced curriculum, he realized the sky is the limit and he could succeed at anything he puts his mind to.

From an early age, Travis was exposed to Entrepreneurship and it was a natural connection. From playpen to adolescence he observed his family’s upholstery shop, where he learned all aspects of running a successful business. Travis was inspired to start his own business and to grow and enhance the construction industry as a whole.

Before launching the business in 2009, he was able to learn from some of the best and, helped fulfill numerous construction projects that would nurture and enhance his skill. Incorporating all the skills he acquired from his family and professional career, Travis and his Andrea collaborated to create BCC.

As a general contractor, Travis Boyd aspired to offer his clients an honest contractor experience, while leading through knowledge, expertise and the desire to fulfill customer expectations with the best positive solutions. Travis is a carpenter by trade, but uses those same traits to build people through encouragement, love and respect.

Instead of accolades, Travis prefers to be known for his relationship with God and how it is shown through the love he shares with his family and community. 

His personal quote and motto to live by is “Most solutions are found in the calm of observation.”
